Finding Ponce inlet

I would like information for Ponce inlet fishing for the weekend. I'll be on a catamarans sail boat so will have some limitations with depths. I would like suggestions for bait, fishing types and depths. Sounds kinda like I don't have much experience? Yep but I really want to catch... like a red or a drum. If seas permit we may possibly go off shore. Again, bait, types, depths....
