I do think it's laughable, but they say no live bait for fishing for walleye. You can for trout. So if you're trolling for trout and you catch a walleye with a worm, what do you do throw it back?

Actually, I spent my kindergarten time in Chula Vista. Mom went to San Diego State to be a teacher. we stayed across the road with a mexican mother and learned NOT to eat the Hot Pepper soup! we did have a cabin cruiser and caught Sharks, Rays, and who knows what. I remember spending time in the hull, throwing up!

We aren't even allowed to put a 25 cent nightcrawler on the lure hook! NO live bait!

Pat Barrett here. While trolling for trout, I accidentally caught a 17 inch walleye. After that, I rigged my boat with walleye equipment, including side view, downview and traditional finder. Now, I'm not catching anything, and can't seem to read my 5 in lowrance finder. I bought a $12 lure to catch walleye, and the first cast I watched it go plunk, and started reeling it in, but the weight just came right up over the side, and I just waved that expensive lure goodbye! Where should I go on Long lake to find those pesky walleye?
