I had my second knee done in the fall of 2017. about a month, or six weeks later, my partner and I were taking a client to lunch at a downtown club. As we got near the elevator bank, I saw a car that was open and I quickly stepped in to hold it. Well, the elevator floor was about 1 1/2 inches higher than the floor outside, tripping me. I fell into the car, busting my knee open, banging my head against the wall. Had to go to the emergency room for MRI and Xray. Long story short, since I kept bleeding and squirting fluid from the knee, I had to go back for a re-do of the work. I think this eventually brought an end to my working career.
The lawsuit was between me and Exxon since they owned the building. I got some remuneration but not nearly what I thought was fair. It turned out the manager of the club had removed the traffic cone that had marked the car as out of order! Just Sayin...RJS

Thanks for the warning about the knee. I would hate to have a re-do.
