Where are the hotspots for bream/shellcracker and blues in Lake Marion
Went there last Saturday around Packs.... caught 5..... nobody was catching them... any advice?
Live baby bream/sunfish if you are fishing for flatheads.... blues we use cut eel... stays on hook for ever!!!
Small bobber about 2.5-3 feet if fishing by the bank.... little split shot about 6 inches from hook, #8 cricket hook (long shank) easiest to remove from mouth
It will work.... get yourself an ultralight...$20 a lot more fun... set your drag!!!
Wacky rig is all you need... YouTube it... Yamamoto senko green pumpkin seed is my favorite.... catch them year round on it
I use the kind of battery you use in hoverrounds..... best move I ever did... cost about $70 on Amazon.... light weight, rechargeable and good power.... can fish 4 hours easily.... I use it on a 14 ft Jon boat with 15 hp on back..... have fished 6 hours multiple times
What’s the latest on the bream/shellcracker fishing? Should be getting good
Appreciate it.... I’m kinda old school with technology.... is there a specific state I can click on (SC) or will this work for others in Santee SC to see?
Are they bitting yet on Santee?
