Dakoda(Russ), Where do you live in Cle Elum. I stop at The Safeway store and the little meat market down town about every time I go thru there. Years ago, I use to go Snowmobiling out of Cle E lum. I really like that area. Almost bought a place there back in the early 60"s Hardyone (Dale)

Yea, you are right. Warmer sounds good. I most likely will give it a try late April or early May on my way to Roosevelt. HardyOne

I did buy a Electric motor, but my depth sounder does not seem to pick up fish, just depth. Tried fussing with it, with little results. Prob. needs to be the next purchase. Thanks for the advice. HardyOne.

I have heard Mc Nary above the dam was good, There must be a boat launch somewhere around there. IU go to the Tri Cities fairly often, so will have to venture down, ask questions, and give it a try. Thanks! HardyOne

Thanks! I had a guide sch. for last June, Corvid took care of that. I have been watching lots of u-tube on fishing for walleye, but it always in North Dakota, Min., or someplace in the mid west. I see what they do, just need the practice. Got most of the gear now. HardyOne

Potholes reservoir and the Columbia river near Hanford Reach are popular spots as well as Banks Lake. Potholes is on my bucket list but my hips are shot so I don’t know how much small boat fishing is in my future. Welcome to the forum and good luck; maybe we can get together sometime.

Thanks for the heads up. I just found out from an friend that the Pot Holes should be put on my bucket list. I fished it, seams like a 100 yrs ago and nailed a lot of perch. I have heard of Hanford Reach. Just need to find out where that is. I really appreciate all you guys advice. I have caught many triploids in Roosevelt. and up the Spokane. Just need to get the hang of catching the Walleye. Caught a couple by mistake fishing for trout. been buying up some gear that supposed to work for them. This spring if time allowing I'm going to hit it hard. Even bought an Electric motor. HardyOne Hay "Excuse Me", did you say you lived in Cle Elem? I pass thru there every now and then on my way to the Tri Cities. Like you said, perhaps We can get together for a chat on my thru. I gen. stop at the Safeway store for a refreshment. I am Def. new to this forum. Come on board to see if there are any walleye fishery people out there that is a lot more knowledgeable about when, where to fish for walleye. I'm thinking Eastern Washington. Can use all the help I can. Thanks!
