For jigs&stinkers ya can use bondo&emptytuna. Can mix enough to half fill the can then using a jig head or sinker that have had car polish or mold release agent applied place your item sideways halfway into the partly cured bondo also place 2 steel ball bearings in an open area above n below 2/3 of their diameter &push some of the displaced bondo back over the bearing around the sides so as to make the surface even with the rest of the mold the bearings shall act as locating dowels after this has fully cured apply a good! Dose of release agent on polish it well, mix&pour more bondo to 1/4 in. From top of can after full cure use tin snips to remove top edge of can&after wrapping sides&bottom with. Hammer handle your mold may come loose if not cut side of can n use small flathead to pry mold loose, separate halves remove item ,place sides back together& lightly clamp in vise,drill1/8 in. Hole into upper end of cavity ,back up the bit 1/8 or so &ream so as to make a cone for easier pouring of the lead n possibly a smaller diameter hole at other end to let air out as ya pour.make sure ya make both holes on the parting line,,,,between halves finally,after all this,,clamp the mold back in vise.melt n pour lead into,,,with filler spout up,until full ,,,after lead on top goes solid, open vise,using,gloves or pliers,tap on bench a couple times to separate halves extract your new toy ,may need to repeat 2re times until mold heats up,,,,then ya should achieve full duplicate when doing jigs insert hook before pouring,,,,THIS WQRKS WELL ON CASTING BULLETS!!
