Joined after a recommendation by my dad who got me into fly fishing this year.

Recently moved back to Petaluma from SF with my wife and excited to have a new and rewarding way to explore our beautiful outdoors!

Beautiful! I went today for the first time too but had no luck. Keep it up!

How did it go? I fished a stretch between forestville and monte rio today. Better flow the further upstream. Heard someone caught something down Duncan’s Mills way where you’re headed. Most people on the river were speculating that the mouth was too closed to allow typical upstream migration.
