Just type in(google) "Tides for_____" whatever place you want to know about.
That’s about as simple as it gets, saw1! Haha! You’re in Windsor, yeah? How’d you hold up last year during the Kincade and other fires up there? We’re you livinf there during the Tubbs Fire too?
Hi all,
Reaching out mostly to the coastal folks here but happy to hear from anyone.
Wondering what your favorite way to check high/low tide times is? Lots of smart phone apps out there as well as the local paper, Almanac’s, etc. What’s yours?

Welcome to the Stage Wyld.
Thanks Fredfish! Glad to see an active community.
Spirit, hi there. New to fishing entirely! Only other experience has been guided or chartered. Few pretty great trips in recent years: salmon and halibut out of Sitka, AK and bonefish on fly in Belize. Few other smaller trips. But otherwise new to fishing my local spots by my own merit.
I live in San Luis Obispo County, north end. Fish the beaches and rocks from Pismo Beach through Cayucos depending on the swell.
Right now (as you probably know being a Californian), we’re getting hit hard with a NW arctic swell. So heading out (tomorrow morning hopefully) to south facing spots: Cayucos, Avila Beach.
Hi all, glad to be on FS. I mostly do shore-based fishing on the central coast of CA. Target fish is mostly surf perch, rock fish, and halibut. The ocasional ling. Thanks for all the great info so far! I’m a rookie fisherman.
