Have a bit of inshore experience catching Red and Sheephead in Venice LA
Any an all advice regarding lures , bait , must locations to fish and likewise avoid.
Fortunately , my brother in law fishing partner is experienced Florida fisherman.

We will see ! He has asked my wife to come out in Feb earliest anticipated visitor allowed . He hopes to confirm his will weigh Atty and begin distributions to his 4 children after review with accountant. We all understood he had set up everything with living will trust , but his new wife and family may have convinced him to make revisions . My wife has all account data now but still have not resolved what his best options are ....

Unfortunately , he has began slipping ie cant recall passwords , does not use his PC anymore . His oldest son visited him called the fund managers ( three seperate accounts ) with him present and they both got the run around . Much angst all around .

FredFish I took up fishing summer of 19 , i have much to learn which is why I am here ... Bass fishing in Southern Illinois has been easy for me especially on my home lake . I struggle with Crappie except March and April .... the app Fish Angler has been godsend for me . The accuracy for recommended ideal fish times has really upped my game. My goal is to winter near Everglades City FL Feb / Mar starting in a few years. I’m visiting this spring for a week to see if I can find a campsite for a fifth wheel . It is the Pipe dream after working 40 years as a school architect.

Kayak fished the Buffalo River National Park in Northern Arkansas for Smallies May 2019 , had more near death experiences ( light flashed before my eyes ) in two days than 64 years on earth. One of the most beautiful places on earth ! Safety tip of the day : Don’t fish out of sit on top kayak in level 111 an !V rapids . I would love to return and focus on proper kayaking and leave the fish alone !!!

Caught the profile pic in Oct 2020 using a Strike King square bill crank bait at my boathouse. This was the first one caught in a 5 minute span of each other, casting in the same spot . My biggest bass to date , still a beginner !
Looking forward to full time retirement in 5 years !

First fish caught 2021 today after lunch . Home court #12 Madison Lake ! 39 degrees. Fortunately no wind !
