Well, they're NOT spoons. And be careful of the ones sold on Amazon if they're a funny name beginning with an "S."

Bottle Nose Dolphin can do the same thing as far as messing up a good fishing location. If they show up, we move. These things also travel a few miles up a fresh water river as well...

I'm in the FL Panhandle and live on the Blackwater River. During this time of the year (Winter), I bounce these HOMEMADE blade baits off the +/- 30' bottom of the river and load the boat with White Trout. These things, at 1/4 oz, get to the bottom extremely fast even during swift running water.

I think this is GREAT!!! My wife goes when she wants to. She'll sorta fish a while then lay back and open a book. I'll caution her about weather, but other an that, she goes any time she wants...

Yea, it's only for old farts that are FL state residences. Kinda nice here in the Sunshine State. The state is open, we're vaccinating, people are working, etc.

In Florida, it's NOT whether the water is salt, fresh, or brackish that drives the type of license - it's the fish you have in your possession. ex: I live way up on a fresh water river that runs into a saltwater intra-coastal waterway/Gulf of Mexico. If I catch a Red Drum in the fresh water in my back yard, I better have a saltwater license. Salt and freshwater species transit both waters. There is never a clear line between salt and fresh water. So, in Florida, you purchase one license that covers both - or be 65+ years old, as I am, and fish free!!!

I carry a gun EVERYWHERE I go - permitted, and so does my wife. But, I'll still call the LEO if I see someone breaking the law.

Oh, I agree. These IDIOTS already know they're breaking the law. So, when you challenge the IDIOT, that's when things go south. Call the LEO - that's why they're there...

I didn't read all the replies, so forgive me if I'm outa line. Research online the agreements GA & FL have in respect to Lake Seminole.

Yea, kinda like talking to the guy with a ball bat beating the hell out of his wife - TALK to him. Make sure he knows that what he's doing bothers you. Then, if necessary, call a social worker as he's chasing you with that ball bat!!! Karen, huh...

I ONLY use Sufix Advanced Super line in 30, 40, 50, & 65lb. Lasts longer, maintains strength, excellent casting line. The heavier is used for bull Reds and pulling Bass from heavy vegetation. I can cast 3/8oz 17MR all the way to Mexico on the smaller line. Costs a little more, so try Amazon...
