Had quite the bounty over 3 days of crabbing at the end of the season … ended up with 42…just southwest of Lawsons Landing near Dillion Beach, CA using chicken and salmon heads … it’s dry camping but they have dump stations abs water ….great way to end a season …God is Good

I love blue crab , it’s buttery and sweet and easier to eat because it’s just the claws ... yum ... but Dungeness is more more harder to get at , but same buttery taste hard to choose between them ...

Yesterday was a great day , low tide at around 2p , got on the water around 9a , with 2, 3 hour soaks brought us 11 good sized crab with chicken for bait in our 4 pots, on the south side of the bay, just west of lawsons ... beautiful weather , couldn’t have asked for better weather ... God is good 😌

Nothing caught today at the sac but beautiful day, trolled until 12 ish , consistent weather , a little cold in the morning . Saw a seal rip apart a huge salmon(very cool) ... then pulled for lunch with the hubby with our boat , at the Virgin Sturgeon right at the waters edge ...(good shrimp cocktail) didn’t see anyone bring any in today ....but good day all n all , God is good

I’m new to this site , but it looks promising. I fish in many places but trying our luck at a salmon on the sac river tomorrow. I’m told we need to watch the tides and get out early ... I caught one large one on tuna out there oct 23 and want more ! wish us luck...
