Take the peelings from them and throw em in a crock pot with 4 cups of water on high for fours hours. Squeeze all the juice out of the peelings when they’re done and take a little swig of the juice every morning. I’ve done that for a long time and it gets rid of cold and flu symptoms in a couple of days.
