Lived in Potsdam in the early 70s fished the out let of cranberry lake and the five falls part of the racquet river caught small mouth pike and walleye in river and brookies in cranberry

Pulled into the fishing ramp and moose was in the ramp wadding around then went out and got 2 keepers one released

Fished most of the summer with one keeper to show then I got 2 1-31 the other 291/2 with in 8 minutes of each other both put back happy

Double uni knot works well but not that easy to tie on the water I can’t see well enough with out lights
