Scale fish, rinse, dry with paper towel. apply olive oil and some quality seasonings ( garlic powder, onion salt, pepper): microwave on paper plate covered with paper towel. One minute bursts, rest for a minutes, repeat 4 times to make 5 minute cook time. The rest intervals keep fist from exploding. Cooks from the inside out like a baked potato perfectly.
