First gift cards are fine but most people like to open a package.
Here are some thoughts.
Fishing cap with bait logo on cap.
Plastic worms bright colors ex. Gold,silver,black,green,red.
Crank baits brand names same thing on colors .
Wrap I a box put a gift card with Christmas card.
Use fishing wrapping paper put a spinner bail hooked threw ribbon . If no fishing wrapping paper available use a fishing Circular from adds. Shoe box perfect size .
