Eric, i tried my best to match you this morning. Except you get to keep your striper. Check out my catch on
( Pays to get up early )

Good luck in O C and save me a Thrasher fry or even better i will take a funnel cake with tons of powdered sugar on it.

The only reason they lowered it in the bay. There are very many chartering groups. They are like a little union and it would hurt there business. Plus the virus didn't help do to the restrictions on how many passengers they could have. That's funny, Thrasher fries and funnel cake are my favorites also.

Morning Bob,
It's me, it was a good day on the water. We all caught our limit in about 1.5 hours. I'm going to try the surf, jetty and a couple Piers in Ocean City this weekend. Maybe I'll start having better luck now.

Hi Everyone,
Went out with my cousin on the bay. We had a good time, we each caught two over the 19" limit.
That's him behind me pulling in a Striper.

Does anybody use spinnerbaits in saltwater?

I should of mentioned, one thing. The part of the bay that I use the spinnerbaits in averages 1 to 3 feet deep and loaded with grass. Plus it's the part of the bay that meets the St. Martins River. So these factors have allot to do with why I use them especially in the spring.

Yes, I've mostly have used them Bayside with good success. I was planning on trying them on the surf. Plus a Whopper Plopper and a Livingston Walking Boss II.

I’m in southern maine and looking to go fishing this weekend. Any tips??

Hey there, thought I'd say hi, but I'm not from your area. I would be setting lobster traps when they are not hitting your line. Not commercially just for me. But then, I don't know much about catching them or the license/laws. I just love to to make them on the grill, broiler or steam them. I'm sure someone will help you out. I'm fish in Ocean City Md. The water temperature is 51f today. I'm guessing it's still pretty much colder up there?

Hey Charles, Welcome, in a few days I'm going to test the water. See if any L.E. tells me to leave and go home.

Your welcome, I just don't understand how people can do this. I'm sure there are others out there.

They got off cheap.
In Maryland, Boat, Car, Trailer, Rods, ect all gone and up to $1500 a fish, and go straight to Jail to await a Bail Hearing. Which in this case would most likely be denied. MNR (use to be DNR) does not play around about Stripbass/Rockfish.

This kind of crap really gets to me, to put it mildly.
