My ducky story goes something like this, if memory serves me well.It was one of those"gotta be on the water" days, though no one else was in sight. The spot i picked was along this weed bed where the lily pads begin to mulitply...i was trying for largemouth. After what seemed like hours, as time does when the fishing is super slow ,with his constant"QUACK...QUACK...QUACK" this duck near by was beginning to get on my nerves. It got to the point where i started wishing the most awful things should fall on this noise maker, as i had blamed him for all the bad luck, no bites, lost lure and clouds forming in the distance. He wasnt that close to me,maybe twenty yards off, but i figured him to be a juvenile as he didnt look large at all. Then out of nowhere, the water blew up underneath duck and pads, then silence . After all these years im still trying for that muskie.Might be a new state record!

LOL! The one comment about one arm resembles POPEYES and the other would be normal reminds me of a joke. It involves someone who spends a lot of time putting his bait on expertly by himself. So with his one arm he could crush a volkswagon but yet with the other he couldnt undo his fly....

well, a true fisherman has the patience for exactly this sort of thing. Humorous or sad........still young enough to learn something.
