NICE FISH!

I’m new to this…

I want to put in at Eddie Vine and troll N to the oil docks then south back to the launch.

How far off shore should I be?
I was thinking I straight line it up and back.
Or should I stay a certain distance off shore to hug the shelf / troll the curve?

Will be running solo with downrigger with either and 8lbs or 10lbs ball.

Have depth/fish finder, and all other gear (flashers, lures, hoochies…).
