G-mornin knuckleheads. Three of a kind with 2s today. 54 now. 64 and clouds later. Back to work for 10 today. Then 3 off. Hope to fish Tuesday and Wednesday. The Pack handles the Patriots today. Sorry Fred.

James Bond survived an earthquake. He was shaken, not stirred.

Have a good Sunday clones. Life goes on. Make today count. Btw, if you ever want to getaway to a really nice town and area, try Abingdon, VA. Book a hotel well ahead of time. Very popular.

Good morning y’all! Currently it’s 51 and sunny here and going up to 84 today. Another day out in my wood shop working on another picture frame. Walnut frame with maple inlay. Hopefully I’ll finish it up today.

Nice one Wulffy, getting out in nature is my antidepressant. It gives me time to clear my mind and if I’m in a tree stand I’m 15 feet closer to God!

Good morning y’all! Currently it’s 61 and clear going up to 83. Wished we had some of that cool 40 degree weather. Going hunting tomorrow and the low tomorrow is only going to be 53 so will only hunt till 9-10 am and call it quits.

I love them both and usually have to take time to snap a few pictures regardless of what I’m doing.

Good morning y’all! It’s currently 53 and clear with a high of 83, not much wind! Smoking pork butts today. Put them on at 5:45 this morning. They are 10 pounds each so I’m guessing it’ll take 11-13 hours to cook, 45-60 minutes to rest then it’ll be time to eat.

Plumbob that would be really cool. That would be even more awesome if it was a 40+ pound flathead staring back at you. Just think of the excitement that would inflict on ya! Good post.

Been doing both as long as I can remember and will keep doing them as long as I am able. Had to put my GSP (Sam, the Wonderdog) down in June, so the grouse and pheasants are much safer this year 😢

Sorry to hear that OJ. I’ve had to do that with Patty, my English pointer. Dad got it for me for my birthday. She was the best bird dog I’ve ever hunted with. Never easy.

G-mornin knuckleheads. 56 now and cool. 73 later and sun on the first day of fall. Heading out to fish in about 45 minutes. Nice to be home.

Grizz was your classic hen-pecked husband. He had to get a break from his wife so he started playing poker with Plum, Fish and the boys on Friday nights. But the nagging continued when he got home.

One night Grizz came home at 9:30. "Why are you home so early,? his wife asked. You need to pack your bags and head over to Plum's house, I lost you in a poker game. How could you do that?, his wife screamed. It was the hardest thing I've ever done, Grizz answered. I had to fold on 4 aces."

Have a good one knuckleheads. Gotta get dressed, feed the dog and head for the dock in Dandridge. Let's hope the fish are awake.

Good morning y’all! Currently it’s 56 and cloudy here with a high of 84. We got 0.80 inches of rain yesterday! Hadn’t had rain in almost 3 months. Woodworking again today making a picture frame. Here’s one I finished recently, walnut with inlaid maple.
