Good morning Andrew. When I was addressed by my middle name, my first response was “oh-oh”.😊
Welcome to the Stage. I grew up in western wa bu that was over 50 years ago now, so I don’t know how helpful any location info would be due to access and rules changes.
Some other info about you would be helpful.
What do you fish for?
Do you have a boat or are you restricted to shore fishing?
Lake, stream or salt?
Most of my fishing was in Pierce County but I am somewhat familiar with Thurston County.

I think so. I didn’t like the reviews of the $5 stuff. There is a local store here that has it. I’ll let them spool it under tension.
