Caught and released 4 18” shad with my brother John’s homemade synthetic buck tail teaser in the ocean this evening. They were chasing glass minnows. Saw undersized blackfish, shad and a skate caught and released. A flock of sea ducks migrated south over the ocean. Tide was outgoing. Missed and lost lots of fish.
I would suggest when you see a pond as you travel around contact the property owner and ask permission to fish the pond. County and city parks sometimes have a fish pond. Finally, don’t forget river or creek fishing. Good luck.
