I’ve caugh sheepshead , black drum ,snook off the beach and inner coastal.

Did you ever try using chick thighs cut them up ,cutting with the grain . Their all small
muscle then cut across grain for desired size. I was using this when I used to fish with
Josh Jorgensen, and Howard all ,they call me the Chicken man . But after a while I found them using chicken .

Down here in palm beach ,the Palm Beach Post has a fish section in the Sports section on Thursday. Check your local area News paper .

If you don’t need to use the tool often , you can pick it up at Harbor Freight less then $25,00

I live on Singer Island Fl ,so salt water fishing is a no brained , Us all barbless hooks.
Just do it for the sport ,caught some nice snooks ,sheep heads . And mostly use chicken thighs for bate , some flavored with garlic. Use to fish Black tips sharks until
PEDA ended that about 6 or more ago. To much stress on the sharks we never killed one , always release .
