Land lock salmon very line shy I use 2 rods with same set up one with 50' one with 30' with 3 colors out on both rods I'm at around 12with the 50 and 16 with the 30 new suffix thin lead core

Lead core ten colors 15 lbs almost fills my 5500 Abu Garcia with 50 ft floor leader 8 lbs

Strip lead out of line and get 8” sheath then tie uni knot trim ends work well and still goes in guides easily

I use a wishbone with pick up works sweet with hobie outback
