Me and my buddy were out hiking, when we found a cave, being the explorers we were we entered, we found a skeleton, Sitting in an old chair holding a bagpipe, and we saw a chest, now we had always heard the legends of the old Scottish man's gold in these hills, Never thought we'd find it, now we just hope the other part of the legend wasn’t true, they say the Old man was extremely greedy, and watched his gold closely, he was known to kill anyone who tried to take it, they also say even in death he continues to guard it, but we put that out of our minds, We opened the chest and found a note in his handwriting, “I'm watching you leave my gold or you’ll never leave“ we agreed it was creepy but discarded the note, filled our bags with the gold, and felt great about our findings, although I could have sworn I heard bagpipes off in the distance and that where that skeleton’s eyes would have been followed us as we left that cave, we were three days out when we found that cave, and as such had to camp out in nature, we sat at the campfire talking about our new found fortune, but not for too long since we were both exhausted we retreated to our respective tents pretty early in the night, I don’t know how John was sleeping but I just couldn’t get to sleep, strange since I was so exhausted, then at about Midnight I sit straight up in my tent when I heard it, it was Bagpipes, It sounded like someone right outside our camp playing them as loud as they could, and it kept getting louder, it got so loud I thought my head was going to explode, but before it did morning came, and just as suddenly as they started they stopped, and we couldn’t find any tracks in the snow, I told John that we needed to put the gold back, He said he was not going to let millions slip through his fingers over a little spook, he would hear none of it, and we hiked back and I was hoping to avoid another night in the woods, but there’s no way we would make it back to the truck today, and I felt a sense of dread as we settled in for another night, and I was laying there waiting for the bagpipes when they started again, i was trying to cover my ears or whatever I could to prevent it from hurting my ears, and the next morning I emerged from my tent relieved that it was over, I then found John butchered in his tent. and his gold wasn’t there, at this point I dropped my bag of Gold and ran, dusk came faster than i had hoped, I pitched my tent and thought I was safe, But the Music started again! I ran outside and saw the Skeleton of the Scotsman Walking towards me, his eyes sockets full of red, holding a sword in hand, I then realised I had forgotten about the pieces of gold I put in my pocket. I would say sorry but that kinda was what I was hoping for.

I thought I'd save the snakes for another day, Besides, this story as it is makes you think you feel something crawling on you.

It's October first and you all agreed, so here's the first.

Robert had always been an avid splunker, His buddy Convinced him to go to a long forgotten and abandoned Uranium mine, Robert was apprehensive at first, but His friend conviced him the Radiation was gone after all these years, so he opted to go, he packed his bags, a geiger counter and left, upon Arrival he couldn't help but notice the large amount of Spider’s webs, He knocked them down enough to clear a path for him to walk through, once inside the old Cave he noticed all the skeletons laying around,mostly small animals and some cows, but it still gave a creepy aura, but he pressed further, The further he went the more he noticed the amount of Spiders and spider webs, the Spiders seemed to get larger the further he went into the cave the webs got so bad the the walls began to be white with webs, he kept going until the cave opened up webs ran all over the place, webs so thick it was hard for Rob to push through, he stopped and shined his light around all he could see was spiders, on the walls on the ceiling, on the ground, they seemed to be gathering around the center of the room, the man threw a rock there, and the “little“ spiders scattered, and in their place was a huge hole in the ground, the man eased over to the hole and shined his light into the hole what was staring back at Robert was Eight large Eyes, the Huge spider was big enough to easily kill the man, and even worse it started climbing out of the hole, Robert glanced around and saw a large tunnel, Ran as fast as he could hear the spider running behind him, as soon as he got into the tunnel he noticed the spider was no longer running after him, he turned and saw that the spider was retreating back to its hole, he was relieved until he heard a slight clicking sound behind him, and realised the Spider didn’t lose interest in him, it didn’t want to fight the bigger spider, Robert screamed, but Robert was never heard from again.
