Anything over 27 inches you have to release and this year you can not keep any flounder period funny how the big boats go out and can keep whatever is in the nets

Limit now you can only keep one per day and it has to be 18 inches and if you put fish on ice and you lose an inch or more and can still be fined 180.00 per fish and court cost

Good news for us here in NC they open the beach and you can surf fish BUT you must be parked legal which they have signs and it always have been that way so we in the norm except no fishing from the piers due to social distancing Topsail Island beaches are open

All is well here talk to local police this morning and he said you can fish the surf as long as you are parked legal meaning don’t block drive ways
