Sax, out of curiosity i typed in hand held fish finder on Amazon. Saw something you may like on there.

Thanks PB I have been looking at those was just wondering if they were worth the trouble or not. Seems like any information you get could be useful. especially in new places.

Does anyone have any experience with the fish finders you cast out and the data gets sent back to your phone or a hand held device? I really only fish from the bank and just really starting to fish. I don't really know how deep anything is or what it looks like under there. I was wondering if they would help. Are there better ones than others? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Enjoy.

I played in bands in the late 60s early 70s and we always hat a sax in it. Love that sound

I have been playing in bands outside of school since I was 17 years old. My grandfather got me started when I was ten. I just enjoy playing music and having fun. This past four months is the first time I have not had a band to play with. Need to start looking I guess.

Well good morning everyone. Finally got to take the fifth wheel and the 7 year old grandson camping this year. Normally we would have been out 5 or 6 times by now. Covid has the world all screwed up for sure. So we are staying in Silver Cove RV park and there is water to fish all around us. We have had a great time in between torrential down pours throwing bait into the water. Practicing our casting. He is getting pretty good at it. Haven't even had a single bite over the week end. But his smile tells me we are still having fun. Not to mention I am getting pretty good at untangling all sorts of interesting knots. One of these days we will catch him a fish. We both still have lots to learn in the elusive game they call fishing. We will keep at it. Enjoy everyone. Be safe.

Welcome Trickafish!
Can't wait to learn more from the knowledge you share. I caught a fish once. Well I think it may have committed suicide using my hook. Still counts!
Enjoy.

I always catch fish that know how to release themselves!

Maybe there is some fine print on the package of hooks about them being self releasing. I will have to take my glasses with me next time.

Have 3 grand daughters 4, 7 and 8. Fish a little then play with the worms

My daughter recently gave me a metal detector for my birthday. when my grandson came over I introduced him to the metal detector and we when out to the back yard looking for treasures. we found a total of 6 cents. (Already paying for itself) as it would beep we would carefully cut a chunk of sod out of the lawn and look for our newly discovered treasure. needless to say night crawlers proved to be much more interesting than a rusty nail. But we had fun and someday the lawn will heal!

I'm guessing that means the dog left the plane without a parachute again.

Might have to change it to be a blind guy with a good grip jumps out of a plane. Haha

My 5 year old wants to try fishing at a local pond. Touching worms makes me gag. How can we go fishing without touching a worm?

Have your 5 year old put the worm on for you. My 7 year old grandson loves those things. Haha
