Adam DID choose wrong, but there is nothing that says he LOST his ability to choose. He just paid the penalty for his choice, as we all do.
All of your questions can be found in the Bible, IF they are things that God wants us to know. There are are many things that are not clear to us (now) but will be revealed in God’s time. Many believe the question of “free will” vs “predestination” is one of these “mysteries” that is yet to be known.
This is apparent by the Bible teaching “versions” of both beliefs through different scriptures.

That is correct.emotions usually come from dwelling or entertained thoughts.for instance happiness is an emotion.joy,hope,and real peace comes from GOD.the past is yesterday,but some people actually live on yesterday's accomplishments,victories or something.its time to live life and make new memories,accomplishments, and so forth.i try to live by being obedient to CHRIST.even though we fall short of his glory daily.without faith it is impossible to please GOD.sometimes my past comes and taps me on the shoulder,but I refuse to look back.there is nothing good there.more bad than good that is.have a BLESSED DAY.
