That's the first place that closes. Thecfeds have a bird preserve out there. You can't even walk out after April 1. We'll have to wait to go out there until September 1. And last year they only opened half of it. The point ND back side were closed for a couple extra weeks because they said one of the birds hadn't learned how to fly yet. The feds really don't like us very much.
