Yes, caught fish and had good weather, we had fun.The lake does get busier in the summer, many more people are out enjoying the warmer weather and water.

Thanks Fred. Yes, those are hot baits. A few people here are catching on Senko - black with red or blue flake 5”, but most likely any darker color will work.
Also heard ned rigs are catching fish.

Had a fun day on the water at Blue Marsh Lake. Fished from 8 AM to 12 PM and caught a bunch of fish including LMs, channel cats and perch on nightcrawlers & small worms. Tried 6” shad color soft plastic swimbaits with no luck. The water and air temp were in the 60s along with sun and clouds.
