I’ll have to try that sometime because I do love anchovies. Also used to make Goat cheese pizza with artichokes sometimes marinated artichokes and Kalamata olives and whatever else I think would be good on it at the time. !

No, I bought the milk at the health food store near me. They have goats milk in the supermarkets but it’s ultra pasteurized and it’s not good for making cheese.

Made a second batch of goat cheese it is really tasty, took some to work and had some nice cherry jam and two different hot pepper jams to go with it we couldn’t stop eating it 👍
