I have gotten some over 50 lbs and seen a few a hell of a lot bigger. Best place is off tracks at spawn time.

Get in touch with me in Spring when water opens up. I do a 'lot of fishing northern Colorado. I will show you some Bass lakes around. There are a few crappie lakes just not big ones. Walleyes are in a bunch of lakes just hard to catch. Catfish I like the lake by Lakeside Park for them Cherry Creek and Chatfield res are also great cat lakes. Carp is Best at Barr lake up to 100lb.

88th and Colorado Blvd.is some good ponds at certain times
Try the pond across form Lakeside Park
Jim Baker Res Is good in Spring
Looks like your in North aera you can also Try Barr lake in Brighton

Welcome Puckhog to our fishing stage

First off Most of us do have some great fishing spots. Those out of the way places that few no of. They are well kept secrets. I know you want to get fishing, but we don't just tell anyone these places or everyone would be there ...SORRY

LM bass will eat year round, but they are much more easy in spring and summer. Bass can be caught this time of year at dark with a very slow retrieve. I have used worms and spinners and even a few Rapalas. They do eat all winter. Come spring your retrieve will be a bit faster. Hope this helps you.
