Double uni is ok, Since I've learned to tie the fg, I like it better, smaller and stronger
I fish hi via yellow with floro leader tied with a fg knot, check out you tube if you don't know how to tie an fg. Works out great!!

Check out youtube on how to set up a bait caster, then practice, practice, practice! Mono line to start with is more forgiving on backlashes until you learn to control your casts and accuracy. Good Luck
