Thanks I'm not going to weary about it to much when my brother gets done with some things he has to do we are going I have to much in this boat I've got a few pictures of other boats like it that was overloaded and they never approached them I think he was more concerned about having 3 people than anything we will see also if there is someone who lives in Aurora colorado and fish at Aurora reservoir give me a shout out.

First of all I would like to fixorfish and Capt Louis for your input a couple of things I'm not trying or wanting to go against the authority and law all I am saying is that the boat is well capable of hauling more than 375 lbs also when you get to the lake they inspect the boat and make sure you have the jackets etc they didn't say anything about it and they took the 10 dollars with no problem the boat is 15 inches deep and with the 3 of us in it their was at least 6 inches sticking out of the water
I bought the boat for me and my brother who is retired also but we weigh about 255 each I couldn't go with a 14 ft because I live in a condo and don't have no place to park it so its sucked up to the ceiling a 14 ft wouldn't allow you to open the garage door
I have been out to the reservoir a couple of times and took some. pictures one was with 3 young boys and a big cooler on an 8 ft blow up boat and they was all over the lake I don't want to be an ass but I think they should use a little common sense

Hi this is my first post on the forum. I have a question concerning my boat.i retired in December and bought a boat to go fishing. I bought a tracker aluminium 12 ft boat.i have a yearly pass for a lake in Colorado called Aurora reservoir. So my question is this boat is made by bass pro I assume they have to put a weight limit on the boat but this boat will carry easily 800 lbs but probably to protect them self's from law suites they got a sticker on the boat that says 3 people or 375 lbs I finally got a chance to take the boat out to try it and it was me my daughter and my son probably700 lbs total when we came back in to the dock a couple of the wardens came up and jumped are butts about the weight the young one did all the talking the older guy didn't say nothing so hopefully he was just showing us who was boss has anyone else had this happen to them and open to any advice or suggestions on what I should try or do thank you bubba don
