Back when I was contracting (residential remodel,repair and room additions) I had a six to nine month waiting list, so I figured I'd better hire some help. He came from RHOR Industries. Showed up and immediately wanted to know when was lunch. Second question was, when is payday? Second week he wanted a raise. I told him when you raised my bottom line you'll get a raise.
