Looks and sounds like a great day GM.

Thank you, Ed. How’s Cassie? It looks like things are starting to get a little better on my end, but a long road still ahead for us. 🤞

Beautiful day getting out there. I’ve fished NH streams around Meredith for trout. Berkeley yellow salmon eggs have worked well for me.

I’m more in between Dover and Rochester on the Maine side of the river. I was considering getting some salmon eggs but this was a spur of the moment trip. Red salmon eggs always produced we when we fished the Skykomish as a kid.

Lol ! I agree wholeheartedly.
However, the people I gave those fillets to said they were really good. Said there weren't any bones in them and they had a great flavor. 🤠👍

My ship stopped in Yokosuka once. We took a tour to Mt Fuji. The weather was cloudy there. Go figure 🤷‍♂️. We decided that Fuji looked like the Bering Sea

Could be a form of stone therapy Glen. Instead of placing hot or cold stones in strategic locations on your body, they are bringing your mind peace at a most needed time.

Yes, thanks, and thanks to everyone else also.

Why does " Pull my finger comes to mind " here?

Good morning Glen, I hope the Mrs is doing better today. The power of prayer is at work for you both.
Why does " Pull my finger comes to mind "... (show quote)

Finger or string. Either way the noise attracts attention 😆!

Captivating story GMchief, along with your photo support! Looks like a great stream, and perhaps a future visit will reveal where the brookies are hiding out. Hope you were able to engage with Nature and clear your mind too....

I did see a nice bulge and flash in the water at one point. You know the story-peripheral vision sideways: did I see that or not? I didn’t see it again so I’m going with it being a fish. I’ll try that spot again-after I get waders😆

Good morning!!!

Not really a face, and obviously not accidental, but this picture speaks to me. The obvious spiritual closeness of these friends brings me joy and peace somehow.

My compliments to the artist for being able to convey emotion through sticks and stones.
