Ever been here?
Not for many, maybe, 60 years. I wasn't a slow learner.

This all happens while she is still in bed, Gordon.

Hello im a step dad who has daughters wanting to fish that used to with their other father and want to with me. I dont have a clue the good places to take them. Sounds like currently bass and trout would be fun. Any ideas of good spots to go im in Vancouver but dont mind driving out of area 30 to 90 mintues. We also dont have a boat so we are looking for shoreline spots I looked at lake merwin then found this site so im hoping for some help thanks everyone
Morning, Dp, Welcome to the Stage!!!! I'm in WI so, no help here. But, I would suggest, stopping at a local Ma & Pop bait shop or two, and asking them. Tell them what the deal is. You have already wasted 20 years, get your buns moving. See, we already have some good advice for you. Good luck!
Nope!!!! It needs some work, no rod holders.

Good morning Leo and everyone. Glad to hear that Marion is doing good.
70° and partly cloudy here, localized heavy storms later and temp going up to 83°. Happy Tuesday everybody.

Good mornin Leo and all. Looking like 77° and partly sunny here today. Busy day back at the grind after a long weekend. Froze 12 bags of walleye and 2 bags of white bass last night. The freezer is starting to look like the seafood section at Wally World.. LOL
Leo, how has Marion been doing??
Have a great day folks!
Good morning, Doug, and thanks for asking. She has been doing much better, but she isn't on any cancer-killing drugs, So far, the cancer in her lung has stayed the same size, and the cancer in her cerebellum has decreased in size. We keep praying.
But now, she wants to move, she doesn't like condo life or the 80 y/o nosey neighbors. We'll see, whatever makes her happy. I'm not sure how the capital gains will work if you sell before a year's time. That is a question for the lawyer today.

Updated fishing report and water levels at Turquoise Lake and upper Arkansas river below Twin Lakes.
Thanks Ron
Mornin' rlujan, Welcome to the Stage!!! Check with a local bait shop for your fishing report and the DNR for your water levels. Good luck.

Hey all, I’ve had a couple different people tell me different answers about what kind of trout this is. Anyone know? I caught it in a lake in Yosemite. I probably should know, but I don’t fish a lot, mostly just on backpacking trips.
Good morning, Nsboone, welcome to the Stage!!! That is a beautiful trout. We do love pictures. If you are still in Yellowstone, pictures from there would be great!
Before you marry a person, you should first make them use a computer with a slow Internet connection to see who they really are.
Good Morning, Stagers!!!
Mostly sunny, with a high near 82. Northwest wind 5 to 8 mph. The current temp is 62. Another beautiful day on the way.
Kind of a bust day today, a lot of little odds and ends have to be tied up. One of them will be a call from our lawyer to go over our will to make sure everything is in order, and we do have some questions.
Have a good one, folks, and please take care of yourself and your loved ones.
Well, Trev left today, he should be in the air now. It's a 2 1/2-hour flight to Dallas from the Cities. He left at 5:00.
I hope all goes well on his trip to Ft. Worth.
And your bedtime story:
Two friends walk into a bar. The first says, “Bartender, give me a Budweiser. The second says, “Give me a coke.” The first guy says, “Why are you ordering a coke?” His friend answers, “I just thought if you weren’t having a beer, I wouldn’t either.”
Have a good evening, my friends.

I limited out this weekend in the New Town area. 25 to 30 feet on structure with worms. Slow death rig was good the 2 hook crawler rig was better all on bottom bouncers.
Welcome to the Stage, Kblahoski, thank you for the good report. We do love pictures.
