Before I retired, it was 3:45am, out the door by 4:20am.

I don’t miss that but I’m still up around six every morning and it’s been almost 4 years

Now that I am over the hill, I usually sleep as long as I wish, so I get up around 8:00 to 8:30 AM.

When I was working as a broker, I drug into the office around 7 to 7:30 A.M. unless there was a special broadcast, then I would try to make it around 6:00 A.M. You have to remember that regarding the stock markets, the whole country has to operate on N.Y. time regardless of where you are. Just Sayin...RJS

Matt, I would say this applies to people who dislike their job. However, people who like what they do, don't have this problem.
They say if you do what you love for a job, you never work a day in your life!

What is work? Retired 4/1/2009. Lots of fishing days then. Now the body really slows me down. I get up at
5 AM but it's to take pain pills and sip coffee. On cup number 4! Sorry to rub it in but I put in my 50 years.
