Needing help in the Lakeland Florida area.
I bought an open face reel and braided line. I need to find a shop that can put the line on the reel.

Buy the line where you bought the reel.
I've re-spooled my rods many times.
The new braids are easy to put on.
I tie an overhand loop knot and make a slip knot for a spinning reel and put it on the spool in the direction that the slip knot tightens as you reel.
But I always put one wrap of electrical tape on the spool first.
The braid is so slippery that it can slip on the spool when the line gets low or when a big fish is on.
Any decent tackle shop can spool your reel but you may need to bring your own tape.
Thank you for responding.
I'm afraid I need it done for me.
Arthritis hampers me.
But, thanks for replying.
I bought both the line and reel on Amazon.
Thanks for your reply.

Almost any tackle shop will put the line on for you, whether they charge you because you didn't purchase from them is the question. I know Bass Pro will do it free.
where are you located? If you still need help perhaps i can help?
Thanks for the information.
