I've cut way back on desert n junk food.
I have a target weight I reach as covid hit.
I'm determined to reach it again.
I'm getting too old to carry excess weight n not stay healthy.
Got several shots in my neck today.
I hope they help.
At days end I wasn't doing well.
Got up at 5am drove about 150 miles to get everything done.
It took alot outta me.
I'm recovering now.
I'm not missing anymore fishing trip.
I dealt with 4 1/2 months basement restoration n now starting on 7th week with this. It will last a min on end of October.
I haven't given up yet n won't.
Just makes me more determined to do what I want 👍😊

Chylo n I was in the Lazy Boy.
Hard to beat a good dog n a lazy boy.
This yr makes last yr look like a cake walk.
4 1/2 month basement restoration.
Then a couple tries at find t-motor problem. Got it fixed n now the accident.
Being 7th wk.
Going to last till end of October minimum 👍.
Aggravation of course but I'm more dedicated to getting stronger than ever.
I missed at least three fishing trips.
Now I'm mad.
I'll come back with a vengeance brother.
Places to fish people to meet n fun to enjoy 👍😊🎣
I must have dozed off 😊
