I am headed out to Eastern Washington for 3 weeks of fishing next Sunday. I have not had a real break since my wifes stroke in February, a summer breakdown of the motorhome and boat, followed by My wife and I both getting knocked out for a month with covid. My wife is driving again and has her friend staying with her, so I am headed out to clear my head.
If the final prep is a hint of what is to come, I will come home a new man.
I thought I would make a test run with the boat locally before heading out. I took my daughter crabbing Friday. We were on the water from 1:15 to 6:00 p.m. The photos speak for themselves.

Not bad size for this late in the season. All hard and heavy

Great time with my daughter. We had to throw a limit back retrieving our remaing two pots.


Nice bonus meal while waiting the 45 minutes to pull the traps.
