I ordered off EBay. Amazon had it but more expensive than EBay sellers

I order straight from the manufacturer. The price they give you includes shipping. I use a lot so I get the 20# bucket. It's around $125.00. I would recommend the smaller at first
Don't forget about the sponge hooks from Walmart

One last question. How many seasons does a tub last until it goes bad.

Have you ever made your own sponges and hooks with little pieces of pvc pipe

I've had some for three years and catch just as many fish as a fresh batch.

I have Whitey but not pvc. It's surgical tubing and a hole punch. The tubes will last a whole season so it's not worth the effort.

Right on. I'll check with a buddy's wife she's a nurse and I have some treble hooks and sponges

You might try , secret 7 , Walmart sells it , somewhere around $8. I had a young kid in Arizona tell me about it, it made a believer out of me. the first time I used it I caught two catfish and a soft shell turtle within about an hour. the channel cats love it good luck.

Also if you get the secret 7 get the sponge bait holders they're either yellow or red they have a trouble hook on them and a leader they work the best for that type of bait it is a dip bait how do you usually catch the channel cats 6 to 8 pounders we do have flatheads but they like bluegills and bite in the evenings

Amazon is the way to go. Just checked my wal mart ans it's $25.00 for 16oz tub down here. It looks the same as the Triple s bait.
