You are correct there Gray. Summer has its own challenges but the warm weather makes it easier. This crap of staying out of the wind and finding a sunny spot is challenging in its own way. But yet as long as the temps are bearable it beats cabin fever.

I can fish and enjoy it in any weather as long as the wind is blowing. High wind is a deal breaker for me.

From Elk Rapids 16 miles north of Traverse City, Michigan-rain this a.m. and 40 then-Boom! 4 inches of slushy snow. Hope all had a great holiday and great 2020 to come. Santa was goos-4 Bass Pro Shop gift cards!

My family and I used to drive up to that area in the summer and spend a week on Arbutis Lake. You know where that is? Over sixty years ago. That is some pretty country up there. But this time of year, you can have it.
