I mean my wife have lived in Portland for several years now and have not gone fishing one time. We've decided to give hag Lake to try this weekend over a couple of days and are looking for advice on where to bank fish from where we're not getting hung up and where the fish are hitting.....any tips?

Hi, I have seen folks having good luck fishing from the bank near the dam and also by the boat launch on the far side of the lake from where you come into the lake. The area next to the boat launch is a large area with really easy access and they usually plant fish in that area. Good luck!

There is a path from the road to the lake at the extreme NW end of the lake that takes you down to a couple of good bank fishing spots too.
