Mike and I had a wonderful time on the lake. The fish had moved so it took a little time to locate them. It was fast and furious when we did. I was fortunate enough to have my oldest granddaughter come along with me. She caught the first fish. A large flathead catfish. Big fish for the day. We caught the limit and ran out of live bait. We used 7 dozen baits.
I will be going back later the year.

We caught the flathead and a channel cat. Could have caught more but we left to find stripers. We did not keep any catfish. I have plenty of fish in the freezer. We asked Mike to take the fish.

Nope. Decided we weren't fishin for cats. I caught a blue shortly after the flathead. Both went back in to water.
