We fished Lost Land Lake outside of Hayward and it has a major problem with Asian weeds. We caught a few bass….but had more frustration with the weeds than we could imagine!!! We enjoyed it as much as possible. We will not be back to that area again. The UP of Michigan and Land O’Lakes area is not “polluted” with Asian Weeds!! I believe we caught about half of what we did in Michigan!!!

That are is very beautiful and quite….we had to work hard to caught fish. But that’s the way it goes sometimes!!
