Had a great few hours out on the San Joaquin River near Lathrop Ca

Some bigger then others but never the less low tide , pretty warm and a little windy

Ya my neighbor didn’t get one hit they were hitting so light , line wasn’t even moving so it was one of the softest bits I’ve ever encountered out there, f you have a depth finder there are a few good size holes out there we fished them and the were hitting on the upside of the deep part coming back up out of the hole kept the rigs about a foot off the bottom

I believe the proper response would have to tell the neighbor that you'd love to go, just as soon as your finished mowing his grass. Or can that wait til we get back? Sounds like a good time was had and fish were caught. Any signs of Striper action on that section of the river yet?
