Thanks Hack Did you know that China is so polluted they have no bees , they pollinate the crops by hand. Very disturbing. Now they are buying up our land. Also disturbing. No foreigners should be allowed to OWN land unless a citizen. Lease sure , own NO. But just my opinion. SemperFi my brother

And for all us on the stage, a good quality fish oil pill will do wonders. Seems to help my arthritis. Gives enough relief that very seldom do I grab the poison of a painkiller. SemperFi my brothers and sisters

I started doing that Frank. I needed to lose a few pounds and I’m feeling better. I don’t have that stuffed feeling. I’m probably lucky I’m not a diabetic.

If you keep doing that I am sure that you will feel better. When we get older we don’t do the work we used to so our bodies start loosing muscle.

I used to take a shot of honey straight for the jug, before each practice or match in HS, in college, I had to buy my own so I didn't mess with it, maybe I should have. Who knows? Is there anything better than an English muffin covered with butter, peanut butter and honey? Not!
