Camping at Buck Island. heard there are some Browns in there. Be shore fishing. Any hints on good biting gear? Floating, lures, etc.

If you are planning on running the Rubicon trail. Please be prepared. Two buddies ran it last week in a highly modified Jeep. The trail has really changed with the high snow runoff. A lot more exposed granite rocks. The little sloughs box and Cadillac hill were a real challenge even
with a highly modified jeep! Good luck and be safe and prepared! Never fished Buck island. Swam there many times!
