You get two fish in the slot range, and one 18 inches or over for a total of 3.

That's a pretty weird size regulation. I'll be darn. To me that is ridiculous. I might think there would be some tail trimming going on. They slotted the striped bass this year in MD . 1 @ 19" to 31"
Great looking fish. I hope to try the Chesapeake later this week. It's been keeper flounder fishless for 12 years. I did well until 2010 in the Mid Bay. Some years after 2010 have caught caught sub legal fish. I just heard of some foot longer's caught so maybe there is a keeper among the smalls. MD and VA are 4 flounder @ 16" Take care and more good luck.
