Only one real way to learn a lake, fish ot long and hard. Then do it again.

I’ve been there but never fished there. Here is the info from my fishing guide. If you can zoom in on the map there are specific spots marked. Those spots have always been very accurate when using this guide on other lakes. Hope this helps. Post some pics either way. They love them here.

Tight lines

For bass, cast along and under the boat docks that are anywhere nearby the Atwood Sailboat Club. Senko worms, wacky worm rigs, ned rigs, etc.

The same area is also good for saugeye. You'll most always see several boats trolling along the shore line in the popular areas. Use crawlers, jigs tipped with minnows, blade baits, etc.

Hopefully you'll find some honey holes, simply watch where everyone else is fishing to start out.

If you get tired of bass fishing, there are some really nice crappie in the lake, hopefully you have some forward facing sonar, like live scope, if not just fish and have fun TIGHT LINES TO YOU BUDDY 😀

Last week I saw more fish on my depth finder than I had ever seen at Atwood, all over the areas, suspended in about 4 feet of water, with many larger fish at 12 to 14 ft on the bottom. If I put on anything white with a spinner I get white bass and crappie, but I mostly use rigs to fish for saugeye on the bottom.
